In a sense the internet is similar in that it is a complex network of interconnected computing machines. Each computer is able to store and perform complex calculations.
The mind is a standout amongst the most complex systems on the planet, with a larger number of neurons than there are stars in the cosmic system. Its equipment is a mind boggling system of neurons; its product an unpredictable system of recollections. Thus too is the Internet a system.
